…I work in London and the train gets me to Paddington in 20 mins and 20 mins drive to Piccadilly Circus. The airport is 10 mins drive and Uxbridge is 5 mins drive.

My son goes to the nursery in St Mathew's Catholic School and it's really good there.

I have bought a detached house here now and made some friends. It's a lot cheaper than many of the London areas.

20 mins to Central London by train, 15 mins to Heathrow airport, 20 mins drive to Green Park (Central London).

The best thing about this place is it is not in the flight path.

Yes, it's tatty in parts, but also lush and green in others. 

Great transport connections, too - twenty minutes to Paddington, ten minutes to Heathrow, ten minutes to the M25 and M4, five minutes to the countryside and yes, there is Crossrail. 

House prices may be low at the minute, but they have risen since I have been here, and will continue to do so as more people discover the area.
