The monthly FindaProperty.com House Prices and Affordability Index tracks the trends in supply and property prices at a national, regional and London borough level, providing a comprehensive view on the property market.

To add further context the house price index also includes the following measures and market segmentations:

The index is created using a statistical methodology developed by Calnea Analytics (who produce the official Land Registry house price index).
