With the recent opening of its second terminal, Sofia Airport is now served by low cost and charter airlines as well as national carriers. The capital city hosts many architectural and cultural monuments but is also a modern city where you can enjoy modern shopping malls, night clubs and casinos. Being the highest capital city in Europe, Sofia’s Vitosha Mountains offer excellent conditions for skiing and snowboarding. The price shown is for apartments that are fully finished with wood laminate flooring, painted walls, fully finished and furnished bathrooms, air conditioning, double glazed windows and electrical sockets and switches and for payments to be made in stages between reservation and completion. There is also the opportunity to purchase the apartments in an unfinished and unfurnished state. This means that the apartments are only finished to the stage of concrete walls and floors and are without the bathroom enabling the owner to finish their apartment to their own standard and taste. Purchasing an apartment to this stage of completion reduces the prices of the apartments by 80 Euros per sqm.
