Townends Expand Residential Lettings Operation in South London
Townends are expanding their Residential Lettings operation and will now cater for lettings from their offices at Purley, Thornton Heath and South Norwood, all areas that were previously covered from their flagship office in Croydon.
John Clarke, Senior Lettings Manager at Croydon comments "2003 was our best trading year ever for residential lettings and 2004 looks set to carry on this trend. With the amount of Buy to Let properties coming on to the market, together with current properties becoming available for re-let, it was decided that a more local presence was needed to best serve our already established client base and to build on this and attract new clients. We already have long standing working relationships with local blue-chip companies and premier relocation agents and expansion can only improve our service."
