With normal Estate Agents, the successful property sales pay for and subsidise the instructions that fail to sell and the company's expenses. Other Estate Agents have their expensive High Street shop windows, their Head Offices staff and offices, their 'Area Managers', their Financial Advisers, their "national network of offices" (who in Dorking really needs to know that they have a branch in Preston-most people move within a 10 mile radius), their company BMW's etc etc. Who pays for all this?

The truth is that most of it is irrelevant in you selling your property to someone just down the road.
Our idea is to do away with all the hierarchy, the posh offices and just get on with the job.
Most house hunters look for their dream in the property section of their local paper or these days on the Internet.
We want your property to sell. We have done away with most of the overheads. We will still advertise in the local paper. You will see your property on our new web site at www.regencyestateagents.co.uk and we will sell your property (obviously) on a no sale no fee basis.
But to keep our fees low we need lots of properties to sell. Rest assured, our sales particulars and advertising will be more than adequate to do the job.
Our enthusiasm and professionalism will be more than up to the mark so we need your instructions now.
Without houses to sell we can't advertise properties, without advertisements we can't generate a bank of potential buyers (applicants).
