Parkers is an owner managed, and proudly independent agency trading within New Cross and its surrounding areas for nearly 40 years. The current proprietor bought the business in March 2000.

The firm's core area is New Cross and principally the two well regarded Conservation Areas of Telegraph Hill and Hatcham Park. However, Parkers enthusiastic, efficient and effective service extends to Brockley, Deptford, Ladywell, Nunhead, Peckham and St. Johns. The ethos and attitude is simple - where we think we can help and give a service, we are not constrained by area or postcode.

We handle Sales, Lettings and Management with equal experience and competence.

Parkers consider reputation and professionalism as paramount. We support and subscribe to, the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA),The Ombudsman for Estate Agents (OEA), National Approved Lettings Scheme(NALS) and the University of London Accommodation Office (ULAO).These recognised bodies only approve agents like Parkers who are prepared to be interviewed, screened, and adhere to what is in these customer led times, a high crossbar. The proprietor of the business is professionally qualified through NAEA examinations.
