Patrick Gardner & Co, Bookham
Our Bookham Office occupies a most prominent position being on the Village crossroads with the Norman Church, Lloyds Bank and the Old Crown on the remaining corners.
This office deals primarily in residential sales but also covers residential lettings, surveys, probate valuations, planning, land and new homes.
Ian Baillie is the local partner with over 25 years experience of the Bookham property market. He is assisted by Associate Partner Robert Wyld FNAEA, who has for many years been selling property locally, and Jan Nicholas has been working here for 10 years. All three live locally and have a detailed knowledge of the area.
Bookham still retains a village atmosphere with an excellent range of shops in the High Street and Church Road (both within the Conservation area) and the Grove which is just above the A246 Leatherhead - Guildford Road.
Local schools are much in demand particularly the Howard of Effingham comprehensive, the Eastwick Infant and Junior schools and the Dawnay Infant and Junior schools whilst nursery schools and private schools are all within easy reach.
Bookham boasts a main line station (Waterloo) whilst Effingham Junction station (some 4 miles) serves Waterloo and Victoria.
Sporting pastimes are very well catered for by numerous clubs including a number of golf clubs and the Leatherhead Leisure Centre.
Some glorious protected countryside surrounds the area including Bookham Common, Polesden Lacey, Norbury Park, Ranmore Common and Boxhill.
All this combines to make Bookham a thoroughly pleasant and attractive part of the South East within which to live.
Our pages are updated on a regular basis.
If you are house hunting do please register your requirements with us, by telephoning Ian, Robert or Jan any of whom will be pleased to try and help.
